Mr. Jitendra Singh

Sh. Jitendra Singh is the Key managerial person ( Director ) of the company. He has completed his diploma in mechanical in 1990. He is having very vast experience in the Intravenous Fluid manufacturing company since 1991 till date. He is also providing the consultancy services for the setting up of Intravenous Fluid.

Brief Profile of the Director is as under:

  • He started his journey of service as a Shift In charge in 1991 with Parenteral Drug India Limited, Indore. Aforesaid company is India’s Largest Intravenous Fluid (8.00 to 10.00 Lakh Bottles Per Day) Manufacturing Company. He worked till 1993 with company
  • He worked as Maintenance In charge in Duzon Lab (Company engaged in manufacturing of Intravenous Fluid) during 1993-1996
  • He worked as Plant Manager in Beryl Drugs Limited, Indore during 1996-2008 (Company engaged in manufacturing of Intravenous Fluid)
  • He worked as General Manager in Swaroop Pharma, Aligarh during 2008-2015 (Company engaged in manufacturing of Intravenous Fluid)
  • He is worked as General Manager in Kunal Remedies Private Limited during 2015 - 2019 (Company engaged in manufacturing of Intravenous Fluid).
  • He has been provided Consultancy services tothe following units for the set up of Intravenous Fluid Units.
    1) Beryl Drugs Limited
    2) Swaroop Pharma
    3)Kunal Remedies and many other units

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh

Sh. Pradeep Kumar Singh is the Key managerial person (Director) of the company. He has very vast experience in the business line i.e Manufacturing of Ply / Ply Related Items and Real Estate Business.

Brief Profile of the Director is as under:

  • He is proprietor of P. K. Industries engaged in the field of manufacturing of plywood. Unit has been set up since 2016.
  • He is partner in Assam Ply wood. Firm is also engaged in manufacturing of plywood. Firm has been set up before two year.
  • He has been doing Real Estate Activity by the project named Sai Residency (25 Acre Side Plan) and Jaggnath Puram (10 Acre Side Plan) since 1998

Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh

Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh is the key managerial person (Director) of the company. He has very vast experience in Real Estate activities and is engaged devotedly since 2010. He also renders consultancy services for construction works.

Brief profile of the director is as under:-

  • He acted as a mentor for the construction of our mintly designed factory premises.
  • He is also the owner and planner of well designed and equipped Boys hostel.
  • Successfully guided home buyers and sellers through sales and purchases of properties.
  • In addition to this he provides contractual based services for civil , Construction and related work.

Mrs. Purnima Singh

Mrs. Purnima Singh is the key managerial person (Director) of the company.She is administrative head of Dharmendra kumar Singh & co. (Chartered Accountant) since 2012.She deals clients to provide services in the field of Taxation, Project preparation, accounting and financial management.

Brief profile of the director is as under:-

  • She is engaged in the managing works of financing and transaction advisory for the clients
  • She has good understanding in investment/ portfolio management.
  • She looks after the entire legal compliances and financial management of Jedux Parenteral Private Limited.
  • She is a social worker, running NGO to provide education, medical and other facilities to weaker and need people of the society, her NGO mainly focuses on educating unpreviliged children.
